Work life balance is great. Products sell themselves. Great company to work for

None that come to mind

I give 3 stars because of the good people I work with, decent PTO and benefits. But the good people are leaving one by one.

There’s a lot wrong. It really feels like North America isn’t as important as their European region. The pay is lower than what other companies in the same industry give, and there’s a lot of secret stuff going on that makes people feel unsure about what’s happening. They think we little people don’t notice, but we do. The new CEO seems like a control freak and wants everything for North America run by Switzerland, where he is, and it just makes things harder for us to operate here. When people leave, they’re not replacing them, so a lot of us are stuck working on skeleton crews. The work environment went from ok to bad. The people in charge don’t seem to know the plan or have a plan. Most of management don’t even seem to know what they're doing either, so it’s hard to trust where the company is going. I know many who are actively looking for work, me included.
