Barely room to advance. Don't worry they'll hire outside the company before advancing a employee who has the skill. Management and upper management flat out lies to your face and you have to accept it. And if you have any issues or problems..... keep them to yourself.... You'll just get the PR run around or it will get held against you in the future. Health benifits SUCK!!!
