Colton RV is a great place to work, the RV industry is centered around family and having fun and this is reflected at the dealership. Because the summertime is so busy it can be stressful, but the fast paced work environment keeps you on your toes and makes everyday interesting. At times communication could be better but all departments are staffed with friendly, hardworking people who really care about their jobs, the customer experience, and the people working besides them.

Vacation policies need to be updated

Possible high commissions by luck only. When you sell a lot you get a lot of praise.

Long hours, no opportunities for advancement, full commission with draws that roll over so when you do make commission you pay company back for draws. Sales staff is competitive and management lets them steal customers from each other. They don't care as long as the company gets a sale.
