Poor top out pay, management poor

None what so ever! There is nothing good one can say about Columbus Container and be honest.

Management are idiots. Employees are cursed at and mistreated. Training and cooperation is non-existent. American employees are replaced with illegal Mexican workers. The company creates and condones an unsafe, unhealthy, stressful, and hostile work environment; then pays off the EEOC in order to continue with their illegal and immoral practices. This company should be avoided at all costs.
