      Column Health is growing significantly and has streamlined a lot of processes/procedures. Supportive management and everyone is very passionate about the work we do. Lots of room for career growth. The health insurance is very affordable and other benefits are very affordable. Have really enjoyed my time here.

      Some areas of communication can be improved, but nothing I haven't seen at other places I've worked.

      I work with some of the most dedicated, compassionate and helpful people I've ever known. There is such a strong comradery and team work ethic that makes coming to work and seeing your peers a big highlight of the day. The services we provide and knowing we're making a huge difference in the community makes working at Column Health so rewarding. They notice and appreciate hard work. I know my team always has my back, and we go above and beyond for our patients. I've also never had a problem going to upper management with an issue, they've always listened and try to come to a resolution.

      There are moments that can get overwhelming with everything that needs to get done. Depending on the position the hours can be a bit all over the place. But I know it's all in the best interest of the patients.
