High staff turnover for a reason - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Colva

Management are running the company into the ground. They lie and speak to their staff like s**t on their shoe. Huge staff turnover, but it’s never their fault. Employees have left through stress and/or mistreatment and management don’t care and laugh it off. The longest serving employee (other than management) has been there 2 years. 10 employees have left in the last 18 months. The ones that don’t leave are kept on an ongoing probation so employment rights are limited. They make bad business decisions and there are underhand tactics going on. Reading other glassdoor reviews from years ago it’s clear nothing has changed. Shame. Please, for the sake of your sanity - avoid.
