The company has a stable but not very discerning client base in terms of technology, which constitutes the majority of its profits. They rely on 90s technology, offer a mediocre salary, and maintain a traditionally indifferent attitude toward their employees, following the practices of the 90s. It's a snake pit of long-time employees who constantly clash with newcomers. Salaries are deposited into some murky corporate card, and as for employee benefits? What's that?
