CTS has been focused on improving internal structure and processes over the last 19 months. Tremendous strides have been made and we are still continuing to fine tune. I have been an employee for 5 years and very excited about the future of this company.

With change comes some conflict, however, this change has proven to be what this company needed.

Awesome leadership! President is very engaged and makes it a point to personally interact with every employee. Everyone works hard and that hard work is rewarded with generous compensation packages, company outings, holiday parties, generous holidays and PTO and a broad range of benefits, including an option of company paid medical and dental insurance. There is also a true work/life balance. This is probably the best company that I have worked for. We are provided with tools to constantly better ourselves in our field. To top it off we are in a brand new office in a beautiful building. It is a great company, in a great environment, with great people. I love coming to work every day.

The only "con" I can really come up with is that we can probably use one or 2 more conference rooms. They book up quickly.
