Excellent pay, benefits and huge ability to grow beyond department whether it be to stay union or go to the management side. Grass is pretty green on either side. By far, the best benefits and pay I have ever recieved. Peace of mind knowing you will get raises and you work in a stable company is priceless.

Svantaggi

Work / Family balance can be difficult. Long hours potential. Once full time be prepared for a lot of outside help with small children (nanny). Mandatory OT is very common.

Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.
