During the interview, I was sold a culture of everyone having a seat at the table, but I did not feel that once I joined the company. Though the people are nice, some leaders seemed were stuck in old ways and it was difficult to work with them. Micromanagement was an issue as well. If you're okay with that, then you might thrive!
