Leadership was good. Great co-workers.

Role at the time was new so some frustrations with that.

The CEO and his new protege will tell you that Friday's are the most fun, whereas, most employees just want to go home. We are forced to head down every Friday to play cornhole and eat. It becomes a hierarchy thing too, but it's the only pro I can think of.

Pay is grossly low. CEO wants everyone to work whatever hours it takes to get the job done while he is out golfing most days. His right-hand Operations Director isn't a leader and is often in the middle of the circle when it comes to office politics. You can't do anything here without someone micromanaging and/or 'tattling on you'.
