Management. They're horrible and are destroying the company little by little. It's hard to do your job or enjoy it when you know what you're working on doesn't matter. Management doesnt know/care what goes on in the field, they just care how much money is made. They dont care about their people and show no loyalty. Work life balance is terrible, and they work everyone until people are burnt out. Taking a vacaction is frowned upon, and if you have emergencies that come up no one believes you anyway
