The systems in place with this company are by far the best in the business. Being in the Syracuse area it has been a pleasure to be able to locally work for a company of this caliper. I've worked for other Insurance companies and have interview with almost every one in Central Ny and this company stood out the most. The compensation is well above all others but most importantly the stability of income is what stands out the most. It's a w2 position on all levels with 401k matching and full benefits that are industry leading. The growth and opportunity with this company including Syracuse is spectacular and promotion is based on your proformance not seniority.
