Great staff! All support like Marketing, Research, Sports, Online, Creative, Account Coordinators and Sales Planners do a great job and are overworked and underpaid! Free cable is great, but health/dental benefits are more expensive then any place I've ever worked.

Way too many layers of middle-management, and the infrastructure support is running way to lean! Chargeback policy is ridiculous and Comcast takes the measly 6-10% of your commission if client doesn't pay within 90 days (if the Billing Dept doesn't receive payment IN THEIR HANDS on day 91, rep gets no money). Reps currently have class action lawsuit against Comcast on this (former/current California reps - see Comcast vs. Hurley for updates on this).
