Like most billion dollar corporations, Comcast is toxic. I worked here for over a decade and was retaliated against due to a medical condition and the fact that I continued to speak up for my team who were underpaid, overworked, and never promoted. Four people left the organization and they never backfilled them, and then they acted astonished when people reported being burnout and frustrated. I ultimately look leave and then resigned, because to absolutely no one's surprise, HR did nothing about my complaint / situation. When I left, I was not offered an exit interview (I was told "maybe" I'd get an email survey) and no one from leadership reached out. As a reminder, I worked there for OVER A DECADE and the only people that contacted me after I tendered my resignation were colleagues and my direct reports. No one above Director level. Not my immediate supervisor, VP, SVP or anyone else ...most of whom I have known since I started and have been at Comcast longer than I have. Comcast leadership will go on and on about taking your well-being seriously and preach how you're all a part of a big Comcast "family." This is a reminder that no corporation cares about you. You could die tomorrow; they'd replace you and move on. If that's what family is, sounds pretty dysfunctional to me. Like the kind you should go no-contact with...
