Nice people all around you. Almost everybody is friendly and smiles all day long.

Even extraordinary high obligation is poorly rewarded. It is appreciated but will not be paid back monetarily. You need to fight for increasing salaries. The management pretends to appreciate an open door mentality but does not live it.

Great communication and spirit in the whole team; the superiors are all really approachable. The company shows a lot of trust into its employees.

Would be great to have two monitors but besides that it has been just an awesome experience!
