If you’re a beginner avoid this company at all cost. You’ll be put with leads who constantly lose helpers because they suck at what they do. At the current company I’m in right now we do full installs with plenum, coil etc. And we finish in a couple hours, while at this company we took 11 hours to change out a furnace and coil.
