Slow paced, poor decision making and an inability to act and execute ideas at speed. No accountability for anything. No pressure to do the job well as there is no pressure to perform. People are lazy and relaxed in their high paid jobs. Too many people paid far too highly to do very little. Awful meeting culture. All talk no action. No motivation from the top to succeed and better the staff. Lack of confidence and an environment where doing little garners praise. Poor management and organisation. I still have IT equipment and when asking how they would like it to be sent back, no reply (it should have been picked up by them!) I could go on and on and on…
