Remote intern for COMM, working on the digital team and doing some data and analytics work as well. Have loved the work I'm doing and the people on the team, have learned a lot. Lots of flexibility in my schedule as well.

Growth potential is wide-open and there is tremendous opportunity to learn, expand and take on as much responsibility as you can handle. Collaborative, interesting clients that span B2B and B2C with wide variety of challenges and opportunities. Each day is different and most will learn more here in a year than anywhere else in 5 years. Also great work-life balance compared to traditional agency life!

Small enough that it's impossible to hide and not be a producer (which is only a bad thing for some) so it's imperative each individual brings a lot of energy and brain-power to each project. Very fast-paced, meeting heavy days, and tight deadlines make it difficult for some work styles to adjust to.
