Loved the interaction between producers and sales leaders daily (early on) - they were a ton of help getting started and learning the industry. Offers great benefits and remote process training. The HR leadership is fantastic and they treat employees well!

- The promised pay structure is 100% not valid. It’s absolutely nearly impossible to write sales goals based on the 2 year period. - Ownership focused vs producer focused is very apparent and producers get punished for sales performances when not at fault. - Over promising and under delivering in the interview process - High rate of turnover for very qualified producers and staff - Lack of communication/visibility from top leadership and CEO - Overall model is not suitable for the industry
