Everyone is incredibly passionate about their jobs and what we are looking to achieve at Comma. The leadership team values their employees and allow us to work flexibly and remotely if and when we want. There are touch points throughout the week for us all to come together and share our wins and reflections.

As we are a predominantly remote first company, I am yet to meet some members of the team. I know we have some events coming up where management has arranged for everyone to be together so we all get to meet each other.

Culture wise, it is a really inclusive company where everyone's invited to get involved on areas they may have interest on. All team members are really welcoming which makes onboarding really easy. On top of that, it is a team that strives for organisation and tries to have processes in place to handle the day to day
