This is a genuinely rewarding place to work if you like being challenged and taking ownership of your work. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude go a long way here. The team is fantastic: collaborative, talented, and supportive, even in a fully remote setup. Speaking of remote, the flexibility is great, and the quarterly in-person meetups are a nice balance that helps everyone stay connected. It’s especially exciting to work with interesting clients, including large, well-known brands that keep the work fresh and creatively engaging.

The pace can be demanding, and this isn’t the right place if you’re looking for a low-effort or highly structured environment. You need to be comfortable moving quickly, taking feedback, and managing priorities in a fast-changing agency setting.

Management truly values team members. Lots of opportunities to work on projects you love, as there are constantly new clients and projects being added to the roster. A focus on work autonomy allows a good work-life balance that can be hard to find at other places, while also still providing a collaborative environment with other team members.

Working on multiple client accounts and juggling a variety of projects at the same time can sometimes get difficult, but that is the standard nature of working in an agency.
