Wonderful and flexible company to work for. There is a feeling of being part of a team and family because of the smaller size.

Not enough work to keep me productive during my shift. Sporadic and inconsistent workflow.

Management was genuinely good to work for and work with, and they allowed you to choose your own hours.

The only downside was that work didn’t start flowing in until afternoon which didn’t allow for morning shift (for the accounts I worked on).
