We make a big effort to build and maintain company culture. We do happy hours twice a month, a mix of virtual and in-person. We have large parties twice a year, in summer and winter. During Covid, we did virtual escape rooms, murder mysteries, origami folding, de-mystifying houseplants, herb growing, painting, and more. The software projects are large and complex, with opportunities to work on very large-scale transactional web applications. We put a big focus on career growth and skills development with 3-year career planning, technical mentoring and quarterly goal setting.
