Work life balance, no support, pressured sales, missed meal breaks, turnover do to hours, bonus depends on he said she said mentality vs actual facts. Anyone can give a bad survey and bam all your hard work is down the drain. Bonus is a 3 month time period, surveys would be minimal the first 2 months and pushed the 3rd month which most of the time landed you under a 90%. This happened 3 bonus periods in a row, when brought to upper management the “fix,” was to give out more surveys or turn them off so either way there was a branch screwed out of bonus pay. Started to seem like a tactic to avoid bonus payout. Lastly at least once a week systems crashed whiched cause customer to be in an up roar, which then caused a bad survey, this were never dismissed but always approached as “well what more could you have done.”
