Management is very open, willing to listen to all concerns and new ideas, from snacks in the office to starting a brand new department within the agency. Mobility is possible, all you have to do is open the dialogue and management will put you on the track to achieving your goals. Yes, you have to EARN your salary, but if you put in the work, you will see it pay off! Paul is all about building his current staff up and putting them in a position to maximize their potential.
