Management did not intervene when an irate employee acted aggressively toward me. When time passed and the employee continued to bully me, I advised management that I had sought out advice from my lawyer. At which point, I was given 10 days pay and ROE said I was fired Unprofessional/double standard culture: relationships between management and employees, sexually harassing comments, stares and inappropriate sexist jokes Management encouraged competition between employees Management picked favorites and gave them the accounts most likely to pay Management suggested: "opportunity to make commissions," but it did not happen, and then I was blamed me for not "collecting enough" money Management admitted to me they do not promote to management from within Work environment physically uncomfortable-did not provide supportive seating
