Great team members and managers. Everyone in the office was mostly easy to work with and talk to. The product really helps people who need it.

Difficult to address issues quickly. It would often take weeks for other departments to answer questions or correct technical issues. CEO and COO often come across as rude when they talk to employees and teams. Terminated with no real notice.
