      Very strong positive culture that is felt throughout the organisation. The organisation values are consistent internally and client/external stakeholders' facing. Consistently having new initiatives to do better.

      The current documentation is messy although there are actions being taken to streamline the processes and documentation to promote better learning and efficient work processes.

      A very impactful organisation that is doing a lot of great things and have influence in a lot of channels and avenues.

      Disorganised and pivots a lot. A lot of the programmes and ideas change as the founder and executive team decide. It's quick to move which is good, but seems very unfocused
