Wish there was more routine for contractors

The people at CHA are dedicated to developing equitable and authentic leaders in the field of public health. Not only are they committed to their cause, they are great people to work with both encouraging and compassionate as well as results-driven with high expectations. The work environment is dynamic and a great place to grow both in one's career and as a person. I was not even a full-time long-term employee, but I was welcomed into the fold like family.

There weren't any major cons to working here except maybe the inconsistency of workload with periods that are very busy and other periods that are slower, common in many different companies.
