Textbook fly-by management style. Nurses will complain if you have too many blankets or not enough. Unsafe narcotic wasting and counting system (they do it by hand on a spreadsheet , no joke). Low retention rate, especially for a NICU. In the span of eight months, 6–7 people quit. Management is performative and will literally lie to you.
