Great people, some great work. Grew really fast

Midtown Manhattan location. Growth pains. Grew too fast, and when the lead client moved their account to the west coast. The entire office was laid off.

This truly tried to be a market leader by promoting a expert marketing view through the eyes of professional minorities. Offices in different cities combining the talents of many individuals.

Too many layers of management was both costly and confusing to clients and staff. Tried to make employees work overtime without pay by classifying them as management despite not having any management duties, staff, salary differences, or benefits.
