I learned marketing and how to make volume and sales grow rapidly. I loved talking to customers and giving them promotions and felt good that the customer was satisfied with our products, and contracts I miss the good communication that we once had years ago. That is what a good company is based on. (making the customer happy).. that all ended....

The upper management was very two faced, tell co workers one thing and mean the opposite they forgot just were they started and become district managers and it went to their head they acted as if they were so much better so did Regional managers. Look down on Territory Managers like we were nothing. They only wanted their self to look good. No matter what it took or who it hurt.
