-Management is very biased -While money can be good, very conditional, many employees believe that the company forwards most of the money to the favorites of the company -CEO is very tempermental and will warn you of being fired everyday -Company has very bad values, will not hesitate to say you're wrong and deduct a sum from your bonus check, but will rarely admit if they are wrong. -Management is confused everyday and never on the same page. One typically is great, one can be great but is lazy, and one just tells you to ask help from another manager most of the time. -Benefits are pretty bad and no 401k match at all -Not very understanding when time off is needed -Mental health doesn't exist here and taking is a day off for it feels unacceptable to do.
