Compensation increases have been underwheening, and I feel that employee well-being is not prioritized. The work environment can be claustrophobic and biased, with favoritism influencing decisions. I've witnessed discrepancies in accountability and hiring practices, leading to frustration among colleagues. The workload is unsustainable, with long hours and inadequate recognition for hard work. Overall, morale is low, and it's affecting my job satisfaction.
