Staff is very knowledgable Patient care is top of the line Felt like more of a family than a workplace

The organization does not recognize how well the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department operates with such little space and outdated equipment.

I got to enter a specialty that I wasn’t familiar with. If you’re a new grad you have a chance of getting a job (but not much support comes with that).

Unprofessional work environment/ Hostile at times - overrun by nepotism and favoritism. Professional development is not a priority.
