Growing to the next level - Recensione dipendente - Sales Manager presso Comms365

I have learned so much in my 10-11 months at Comms365, much more than I have in a longer space at time at previous employers, there is a good level of communication through the business, we have periodic town halls and a annual business review where we are treated to an event e.g. minifgold and a meal afterwords.

Not much i can think of

Really supportive and understanding owners. Really approachable and they just get it. Cannot fault any of them. Great culture across the office now, when I started there were some really negative people within the space that made it challenging at times. Driven to improve espically over the past 12 months. Not mirco managed which in sales is a big big plus. but will offer guidance and support if and when it's needed.

There a lot of systems that all interlink but that are actually quite repetitive because you inputting the same data or details over and over again. (This is being addressed though in fairness) Commission is hard to get your head around at first, and to be honest sometimes they seem to just make it up as you go along. Exceed your targets and you'll be happy
