Hugely inflated sense of importance - definitely not as influential or knowledgeable as they set to make out Very poor communication (ironically) - there is a ridiculous management culture there, with a lot of managers that don't know the role. They are just managers. Makes communication and change difficult Lots of red tape The product itself has a tonne of problems that never get fixed - means client facing staff members get the brunt from disgruntled clients Not much room for growth past a certain point I have realised since leaving how much more I have grown and developed at a different company / environment A very forced culture

Used to be a really nice place to work with some good people who were experts in their field but...

Was bought out by J2 Global in late 2018 - 40+ staff were made redundant (some kicked out hours after the announcement), many others left shortly afterwards. Those of us made redundant were treated horrendously. Claims to have 51-200 staff - more like 20! Avoid unless you want to work for a soulless organisation - those left behind are just out for themselves so I wouldn't trust anyone there. Would've given the place 4 or 5 star review in the past but like others affected I'd now give it 1 star (zero if I could).
