Communicus is a great place to work. The work is interesting and the people are smart and passionate. Everyone is given great opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the company. There is a clear purpose and values and management is transparent with business goals and performance and shows that they care for employees.

The company is growing quickly and it's sometimes difficult to keep up with the workload. Very high standards for excellence.

An engaging and challenging work environment where innovation and a top-of-your-game mentality reign supreme. Stagnancy does not survive here. A company that fosters personal responsibility without the need to micromanage the staff; whose work ethic and standards far exceed any I've experienced before. A place conducive to contributing a fulfilling function with reassuring emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The steep learning curve proves for a challenging experience where determination and a will to succeed are a must. Only in the absence of these qualities does the challenge seem like a con.
