If anyone reviewing this information has any questions, please contact me directly (and yes, email addresses for all senior managers are on our website as well). To eliminate any favoritism, all hiring is done by committee and decisions are documented using a web-based management system. We also post new positions internally before they are advertised. The layoffs cited were strategic and allowed us to maintain a balanced budget and, most recently (2017), eliminated several management positions to free up funds to raise salaries of direct care staff by an average of 25%.
