Although merger has been rocky original regional management continues to advocate for staff and keep founding values

      Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

      Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .
