Previously, before the pandemic: there was a lot of support from co-workers, management, and Welcome Center staff. It was a great working environment that had mostly solid communication and collaborative care. All of these "pros" were no longer post-pandemic.

Poor training, poor communication within and between departments, poor care coordination, self-determination of the patient is minimized over the benefits of the company. Salary is not comparable for the amount of work being done. Room for growth is available, but only if you add the work on top of your current load which most likely is too much work but just *enough* to make the money you feel like you need and deserve. Overall the amount of work is no where near compensated enough
