The organization is completely racist. No Black people in positions of leadership. The company is completely unorganized and dealing with organizational/workflow problems that should have been worked out years ago. You can make good money if you're white and can put up bs for several years. I was promised free supervision upon my hiring and did not receive any until I had been there for several months. Conflicting procedures regarding work from home and time off. the 90 day probation is designed to get people to fail. Extremely high turn over rate.
