Pay is below market value. Bonuses have been reduced to almost nothing. Merit increases are just about nonexistent. HR has to be one of the most corrupt departments within the organization, showcasing favoritism, poor pay practices and nepotism. They have improved on racism towards black, Asian and brown people since the new CEO took over. Turnover is very high. There is a lot of fanfare recently but it does not promote community or engagement.
