The organization is stable and well engaged with the communities it serves. The pension is nice, though the last report stated that there were less than 300 current and active benefit recipients of the 50 year old program.

The IT department is a revolving door of staff turnover. Entry level work is fine as there are a lot of learning opportunities. However once you have learned enough to have recommendations you will be ignored or replaced. There is significant and increasing technical debt with little investment in modernization. Warnings go unheeded unless they directly relate to an audit item. Written policies are virtually non-existent to allow managerial flexibility. Interview warning: You will not meet team members during interviews as hiring is deemed a managerial decision only. You will not see a balanced representation of the organization.
