The higher management wants you to see as many patients as possible in as little amount of time as possible. It’s like an assembly line which is far from the reason I got into this line of work. They want patients to come back to address multiple concerns vs making their appointments longer to address everything at once (which is what patients actually want—no one wants to come for another visit to address their other concerns).
