Salaries seem to be up to the expected standards amoungst the "for profit" hospital industry. Administration personnel of CHS hospitals are grossly overpaid in comparison to the not for profit healthcare community.

Horribly micromanaged from the top of the corporate food chain down to the individual hospital administrations. "Bottom Line" trumps everything including customer service, staff morale and capital preservation. Upper management is allowed to be arbitrary in their dealings with supervisory staff. If you are starving, you might take a job with CHS, but make it a last resort.
