High expectations with little to no appreciation or respect for dedicated employees who are the ones that make it possible to keep things running. Micro management and unreasonable expectations of workload and lack of understanding of the attendance policy, flexible schedule and make-up policy. Employees should not be penalized for using the sick time that they have accrued. Very few experienced employees left and many new hires so the bulk of the work has to be absorbed by the few remaining dedicated employees.
