Where do I start? Read the other reviews, they pretty much sum it up. As soon as CHS took over people started losing their jobs. No notice, here today gone tomorrow. Departments are downsized, tasks are consolidated to a department in Tennessee, and those who are left have to do more work for the same pay. Our department was cut from 8 people to 4. Numerous documents are emailed to one person in Tennessee and she sends them to the department that handles whatever the task is. Lack of communication, work requests not completed, causing more emails asking them to please complete the job on their end so you can complete yours. It's so frustrating! Their is no connectivity at all, you don't feel valued in any way. Moral is so low, nobody cares anymore, I mean why, nobody up the chain cares. So many people here are unhappy. Staff numbers are so low it's very hard to get time off, there are not enough people to cover. When a raise was requested, told too many costs at the moment. They just let 4 people go, what costs? The only reason I'm still here is because my hours are so perfect that it's been hard to find something good enough that I'd be willing to give them up. It sure isn't the pay.
