The lowest pay ever - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Community Health Systems

The pay is too low for the amount of work requirements. The rate is way below market value. Not sure if they are basing off of the TN area but it needs to be revisited. It will continue to be a revolving door as people find jobs with higher pay. If you notice there’s always the same positions opened. You want be able to find or retain quality employees at this rate.
